For this Diversity and Inclusion experience, I personalize and design the training according to your business culture, goals and vision for the organization. The ultimate goal for this training is to engage, inspire, challenge and provoke serious conversations related to diversity, and to encourage leaders to become agents of change: To foster an open and inclusive environment and motivate others to create a workplace culture that is inclusive, respectful and productive.

The objectives are:

  • Increase awareness, knowledge and skills about self-awareness, communication, cultural literacy, diversity, discrimination, and teaming

  • Create the ability within the individuals, programs and organizations to value diversity and similarities among all people,

  • Understand and effectively respond to cultural differences

  • Engage in cultural self-assessment at the individual and organizational levels

  • Make adaptations to the delivery of services and enabling support

  • Demonstrate institutionalized cultural knowledge
